This retreat will help you activate your natural creativity through mindful art-making, and tap into your body's natural ability to restore itself through yin yoga. Our retreat is designed to leave you feeling refreshed and energised, ready to build your own stress relief practices from what you've learned!
The mindful art-making addresses the barriers stopping you from connecting to your creativity - eg. your inner critical voice. Drawing on the natural world and sensory experiences the art-making will help you connect back to your creativity, which can serve to build your inner resources for calm and self care in an overwhelming world.
The restorative (yin) yoga sessions activate the parasympathetic nervous system, helping you to truly rest the mind, body and soul. With a focus on breath, and using supported poses, this yoga opens the body to release tension and naturally recalibrate.
The retreat it designed as a complete experience whether you book for a whole day or half day. However, when you book the two-day experience you’ll receive a bonus session on Saturday afternoon, making your retreat experience more immersive.
